As of late September 2011 the website has changed to a Market Place that is mainly an ad click for profit website.   FixYa Inc.  hood winked former website experts with thousands of hours invested while providing real solutions to real people into believing the recent change was going to be nothing short of awesome.  In reality what has happened is that the former experts now designated as pros were encouraged to create numerous service marketing ads that assist web search engines in identifying fixya as a search result.   The site is a for profit via ad clicks website that provides substantially less service to site users that before the Sep. 2011 change over.  Additionally the former experts now pros went from making a few dollars to little or nothing at all for their current efforts.   Contact with site support is intermittent at best although they do have an e-ticket email identification process for tracking complaints.  Once a complaint is submitted it is closed out as rapidly as possible most of the time without any real resolution.  Former experts now pros are being banned or account logins being changed without notification from being able to utilize the fixya website for speaking up about what has happened with the changes.  

The website main focus is about website hits and ad clicks to generate revenue while using the existing millions of data base solutions as solely their own without sharing those solutions with the experts / pros that were the original authors.   

 I do not recommend web users visit this website for any reason.  You will spend countless hours trying to find a posted solution that is close to what your seeking.  As a result of your search time the website in turn generates money from the ad clicks.   The people that provided the solution data that you searched the fixya website for will get nothing in return for years of work it took to build the solution data base.
