I ordered two mp3 tapes from MP3Prohypnosis, and soon received an email with a link where I can download the items. You get 4 days or 3 tries to download the product, and then link expires.


I didn't have a problem with that.


I really liked the tapes and I bought one more, but I did not receive en email. I thought it is just delayed so I didn't think much of it and bought one more tape. However, with both tapes I waited and waited. And I did not get any email or link to the tapes. I would like to stress again that when I did my original purchases both emails came though. And then, with 3rd and 4th purchase, nothing!


I have sent numerous emails to admin but have yet to hear back from them. Complete silence from their side! Since the money was taken from the account, but I did not receive items, I consider it a ripoff!


This is the first time I have ever filed a complaint against a company, and I never thought I would be making such drastic steps, usually when I am unhappy I just let it fly. I don't know if the problem is:


1) emails going to my spam folder, although I did check them, and if 1st and 2nd letter came thought, I am not sure that 3rd and 4th would end up blocked


or


2) It was something on their end, purposely  done or an accident,  I feel that at least they should take time to respond to customers who say they have not received  their items. After all, it is not like you  have to ship out another item and it is double cost, we are talking about giving a link to two downloads when you can see from financial records I have paid for them, and, since they count the times downloaded, they can see that items have not been downloaded.

Now that is impressive costumer service. Not only did I get two extras, but I got the thirds as a surprise! I take back all the mean things I ever said or thought about the company, and especially the costumer service. :)

I am one happy costumer, and I will return back for more once I am done with the ones I have.

I received this note on Ripoff Report, but I did not receive a response to either email address. This could be part of the problem. I have had customers in the past who received my emails, but I was not able to get theirs. Weird, yes. I'll resend the links to the email address that I have of yours, please let me know which other two titles I can send you.

I am glad to see an answer.

I have sent an email to admin@mp3prohypnosis.com several times.
Namely Jan 6, 2012
Dec 5th, 2011
Nov 30th,  2011
Nov 27, 2011
Nov 21, 2011

It was the only email address I could find from the page.
The payment on my end seemed to come out from my account on Nov 21, 2011. Or at least this is what my original email says

It was paid through Paypal under the name *****. and both items came out from my bank account today. I checked my spam folders, there is nothing there, previous times I have recieved my limk much faster then that. Can you make sure I get my items?

Thank you for your MP3 download order from MP3ProHypnosis. I was just notified about this report. I offer sincere apologies for any inconvenience this transaction has caused. We have been in business for over 30 years, and work tirelessly to make our customers happy.

I have researched possible purchases that appear (from your claim that it was made in early December), and do not see a record of purchase or of the titles ordered. There is no record of any emails received regarding a problem with the download process after purchase around that time. Granted, I would need the exact date of purchase and the email that it was purchased under. Would be happy to help resolve this issue. Again, sincere apologies for this inconvenience to you.
