I received this email from Wynham Rewards.

When I tried to complete the form online with the certificte codes the mpell solutions system would not accept the codes.

I then called the 800-450-1575 number the representative  said she was able to put the codes in and I would receive my gift cards.

Now we are at the end of December and still no gift cards.

When I check the status of the certificates  the response is "not valid." When I call mpell solutions I'm on hold for over an hour and then when I push 2 to leave a message no one calls me back.

When I call wynham rewards to tell them what has happened they tell me I have to deal with mpell solutions.

I'm entitled to 3-  $20 gift cards.

Here is my original email from Wynham Rewards.

Thank you for contacting Wyndham Rewards(r).

Upon viewing  your account I do see that you qualified for 3 of the $20 cash back rebates on 10/5/11 and 10/7/11.

Gift Card Problem

At least you were sent the email with the codes.  I also qualified for three $20 gift cards and have been going the rounds with Wyndham.  I have been told several times that I did qualify for the rewards, and that my name is on a spreadsheet to receive the emails regarding redemption.  Two weeks ago I was told I would receive the emails in 7-10 business days, and guess what.. Nothing was received. Each time I call or write, I seem to be given the run around.



I sincerely hope that I do not run into the same problems that you have once I receive the code information.

 

My experience with Wyndham has not been a pleasant one.  My first qualifying stay was back in September of 2011. Three months later, and still no reward.  In addition when I called to modify one of the stays, they completely cancelled the reservation, when I realised this, I immediately contacted them and was told there was nothing that they could do to fix the problem.  Fortunately I contacted the hotel manager who was able to see that my reservation was restored.

Mpell Solutions has now responded to my problem and I no longer have an issue with the company.
