Enforces bylaws when he wants to.

An owner in a association that is run by him has a potential buyer after unit sits on the market over 100 days, but Greg says no becuase buyer has two sm dogs. Even when potential buyer says one is 9 and average life span is 11-13 he said no. However, owner of another unit has 2 large dogs and that's ok.
