What a crummy company. I had called a repair man from Mr. Appliance to help figure out what the cause of a repair on my fridge would be, quoted me over 300, while I thought this was overly expensive and asked what the price of the part and price of labor was, they then advise me they do not seperate out the different amounts.
When a friend had told me he went to price that part and it was only $50 dollars. So how in the world would a part that costs so little have so much in labor? This repair was two months ago, while I called and spoke to a higher up rep I was told I could have that part taken off and the old one put back on, and would only be charged $69 for the service fee. I thanked them and advised them I would like the bill to be sent to my home so I could have that in front of me. Today two months later I received a call stating I owe $80 since the tech came out twice needless to say and ripped me off and didn't put the old part back on. The rep then decided that if I didn't pay the amount she would put me in collections. Without a bill I didn't know who to pay or where to send the payment at. Hum, such a crappy company and to think over such a small bill. I have perfect credit and if I am sent to collections I will be so irate.
I just called corporate and had to leave a message for a Pam Mathis, hopefully I get a call back which I don't expect at this point. Somehow people can sleep at night knowing how horrible a company works. Very disgusted about this company and going to call better business and smear their name all over FB. You do not rip off customers who have used you in the past. Never again will I use that company for any thing and will advise all customers to run from them.
