I brought my Samsung Laptop to Mr. Chips to be repaired in October of 2014 due to a virus that was on it. I have called numerous times about the repair and I have not gotten a response from this place. They have stolen my laptop and have not returned it. They claim that they are the best in the area when in fact they do not know how to repair a computer in adequate time and then return a phone call to return the computer they promised to have back within two weeks. Please DO NOT use this place! They are theives!

No one has approached us regarding any missing Samsung computer. We are open 6 days a week 10 to 6 P.M. We have been in business 22 years, same location. Phone # has remained the same. No contact ever received on this issue. No Service order number referenced. Likely a fradulent allegation.
