Well in the Craigslist I brought a 2005  GE Hot water tank Serial No GELN205A1507 Model No GG50706AGOO
Used Mr Jaymes wrote in the Craigslist Ad He Had it for 3 years I will send the ad soon by mail.
Because he Brought a tankless water system for His house he claim.I checked ou the ad Called the number he answered he say when you gonna check it out I said Tomorrow he said to call him First
I said ok

 The next day i finish work I call him from a payphone  He said when you youcoming?
I said half an Hour So I was there On the east side of Buffalo New York  he was not There
So i find a payphone to him he was there I was puzzled is this his house  So he had the tank out side  I was puzzed again so he was explaining to me like a soap opera about his tankless water system and BS and more BS  he said  this his house also at 33 Mills st Buffalo New york 14212. I looked at the tank it was scrached and the outside cover was missing so   when He Finished his BS I pay him Only $50 He said to No I want More. So I went in my van to get $100 Dollars so I pay him $150 soI told him i will pay him the remainder in full He said to me  he will drop it off for me YEAH
Right I said Okay .so I went Home for the night .

The next day I finished work I called Him from work. He Changed him story He wanted to meet me So i told him Main and Fillmore Rite aid Drugstore He said ok. He was there on his cellphone so made rooom in my van for the tank it was scrached
I did not look at the tank carefully Igave the $100 dollars In full he helped me put in my van we shook hands we took off I was happy but that changed My wife girlfriend said  she has friends to hook it for me  i said saturday next week they came Wedsnday So it was hook up But not working

 my wife was not happy So I called Mr Jaynes he said to me when you going to work I said 12pm
he said call me in the morning. so the next morning I him he will be there in half and hour to check it out he came He was a better actor than DENZEL WASHINGTON He look at "how did  the windowon the tank get broke"? I said i dont knowSo my wife is spanish Knew he was BSIng She was on her cellphone to texting her Girlfriend for her men Friends they came and told me that MrJaynes is . Liar he sold that Pieice of SH*T to you like that Oh i forgot Mr Jaynes said he will be back BS he never returned but called me told to call General Electric Because of the Window on the tank the Warranty
is void. I called GE They told me to call Mr Jaynes papers  for the warranty thet cant do nothing
I did He said to me he find them more Bsing. They show me the striker and unit is no good thats why Mr Jaynes sold it to you. I was mad I have copies of AD from Craigslist I said send soon.

I called Ge  Again  I gave them them the serial number and Model Number They Transfer me another person they Told me They dont make that tank anymore and that Tank was Brought at the Home Depot I  They gave me Headquarters number to call I gave them the information they said to me That tank was Bought in 2005 The warranty is good for 90 days not 8 years Unless Mr Jaynes pays for the warranty plus thet said to me I can go to parts store  the unit for the tank put it will cost you more. I said to my my self thats the reason he got rid it again 33 MILLS ST Buffalo New York
14212. His tenents house not his House .so I called him I wil blow him in to Ripoff Report and take him to Small Claim Court. He started theating me If i do he will sue me. more to this story In Part 2
