Mr. Plum Liars Franklin Sparta Newton NJ NJ

 They are a service provider for American Home Service, a warranty company. When I called AHS for a plumber I prepaid the service call. Mr Plum went out the next day to fix a leaky kitchen sink drain, but told the company they had to order parts and would be back in a day or two. When I called AHS to complain they said Mr. plum told them he needed to order parts. I asked them to inquire about what parts since most plumbers carry these parts on their truck. Got no answer from AHS. A week later when Mr. Plum returned to fix the leak I asked my tenant to ask him what parts he needed to order. Mr. Plum told him it wasn't the parts but rather he was waiting for my check to clear. That was a lie since I had prepaid for the service with a credit card. This is my third experience with Mr. Plum and they have all been unsatisfactory. If AHS doesn't find another plumber in Sussex County I will be cancelling my home warranty contract.
