Mr Rooter of Dallas Mr Rooter invalid technician, poor customer support, misdiagnosis Dallas Texas

 The technician did not properly diagnose the problem I was having with my dishwasher not draining properly. He advised that the solution to the problem was to do a chemical treatment of all the drains in the house in order to fix the issue at a cost of $325. I approved the service based on their "expert" advise that this was needed. The next time the dishwasher was run, it flooded the kitchen and dining area. When I called back to explain the issue still existed I was told that it must be a problem with the dishwasher and that Mr Rooter was only capable of solving plumbig problems and I would have to call someone else to fix it.

The repair was eventually done by another company at an additional cost of $145. My issue is with the original diagnosis who told me cleaning out the drains would fix the problem. This is the only reason I approved the service. Follow-up attempts to reconcile the issue were met with little assistance and they declined any attempt to help remedy the situation.
