On, Monsay, June 18, 2012, MY wife and I took my car to the facility for repair.  I dowloaded coupons off the internet and wanted tyo have several items repaired; including: Tune-up, Oil Change, Shocks, Light on dashboard (ABS) etc....

On Thursday,  June 21, 2012, My friend Jeremy Caldwell and I went to retrieve my car and I was told that it was not prepared.

On Friday, June 22, 2012, I recieved a call to retrikeve my vehicle and attempted to retrieve it on Satursday, June 23, 2012 but was informed it was not ready.

On, Monday, June 26, 2012 at approx., 10am I returned for my vehicle and was ionformed by employee Juthat they couldn't locate my keys and that he believe his manager toik my keys and was not at work. I than went to inspect my car and nothing was out of place and all doors were locked. I instructed Justin to informed the manager who's name is Jimmy to contact me when he come to work.

02:00pm: I recieved a call from Jimmy informing me that there had been a rash of break in and that my car was vandelized and that the police was already on site. when I arrived I asked Jimmy when did he discover it and he informed me that he was walking the lot and discovered that my door was open.  I than said that was impossible because I only have one key and Justine said that "you" had my key. I also said, "my truck was parked behind my car and Jimmy looked at my truck and said, I saw your truck behind that car but didn't know who's it was. I than said if you seened my truck then you were here when they told me you were not.

Misrepresentation:

1. Manager Jimmy was there and he refuse to come out when I arrived that morning.

2. They lied about not being able to locate my keys

3. According to the Police report employee, Justin made the discovery and completed the report. Jimmy said he discovered it.

4. According to the Maple Heights Officer, manager Jummy infromed he believe that I broke into my own car.

5. According to manager Jimmy they broke into my car in broad daylight. But, according to the Police Report it happen Sunday, June 25, 2012.

I have recieved no initial call or return call from the manager, district manager or corporate offices inspite of my many calls.

According to my Auto Insurance and Home Insurance investigators no return calls either and the company "allegedly" fired Justin.  THIS IS A CAUSE FOR A CLASS ACTION! THE MANAGER INDICATED THAT A MULTITUDE OF CARS HAVE BEEN ABANDONED AND TAKEN. i BELIEVE THIS ACTION AND THOSE ACTIONS ARE SYSTMATICAL.

I just bet your one of those customers that thinks the world revolves only around you. Did it ever even occure to you that you are not the center of the universe? I mean really, that poor guy was probably on his lunch and really didnt want to deal with yet another jackass customer with delusions of self entitlment? Im willing to bet that theres more to this story then you are telling us. If the manager suspected that you broke into your own car, then theres a very good chance that he was correct. Especially if the door was open and nothing was missing.

First, get over yourself. Second get a clue. Third, people are not your personal robots at your beck and call. They have lives outside of work. They also work for someone else, that means they do as their boss tells them, not what you demand. Fourth, not only did they do the right thing and get the police involved, but they also contacted you to explain the situation.

But given the information you have posted, Im willing to bet you went down there and made a COMPLETE a*s of yourself. Guess what....Life happends. Sometimes its bad sometimes its good. I really think you need to re-evaluate the way you interact with ppl. You are blameing a business for something completly out of their control. Then have the NERVE to complain the manager didnt want to deal with you.
