Mr. Tire Sold unnecessary repairs, damaged car Raritan New Jersey

I would never go here again.  I was a regular customer for a while getting oil changes and noticed that they often recommended repairs.  I let them replace my tires.  Shortly after, all four of my hub caps fell off, as they were damaged. I discovered that I had a leak in one of my new tires.  It turned out to be a damaged rim.  They claimed the damage wasn't their doing, but I never had the problem before.  They recommended I get a new battery.  I refused.  My battery lasted for years after that.  The last straw was when they told me I needed new rear brakes.  I bought the brakes myself at an auto parts store and went to my brother to help me do them.  The rear brakes were still fine, they had more than 3/4 thickness still left.  While we had it jacked up, we noticed that the new oil filter Mr. Tire had just installed was leaking.  Never again!
