i purchased new tires for my truck and went to mr tire for a wheel alignment, I paid for the service and was told the printer was broken. I complained about it and was contacted by the store whom said they would send it to me when the printer was fixed. I am sorry but if you have no printer and do wheel alignments how is the customer to know the measurements before and after the service. I felt like no service was done due to no paperwork except a reciept. I never recieved the promised paperwork.
