Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Their aim of 100% customer satisfaction is bogus. Their web site (before Christmas) claimed that these systems were under a 12 month factory warranty. They are not! They stated that the X Box would be delivered in a factory box. It was not! Our system failed after 2 months of use. These guys are a major rip off! Don't buy from them!

I ordered an XBox 360 fromt them and was told by a few representatives that the order was shipped. I called to check on the status and was told that it was on backorder. I tried to get them on the phone and they said they only communicate via email. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get warranty work done by them. Let alone info about my transaction. Be very cuatious while dealing with this company.
