Solutions Overseas have emailed me and have said that they are unhappy about my previous statements on this site, I have been requested to write an apology.
I have also been asked to remove these reports regarding MRI, DCC and SOS. This, as Solution Overseas should know, is not possible according to the Rip-Off report site policy.
I am not a client of Solutions Overseas (formed I believe in November 2008), I am/was a client of MRI and have paid them in advance for an industrial clean and snagging list to my properties but now MRI have changed their policy' and have stated that they as a company do not provide this service anymore (discontinued about Nov 2008, it's difficult to establish exactly when) they have also not offered me a refund of the monies paid.
Since this new policy' came to light, I have been contacted several times by Solutions Overseas offering the same services for a fee. I told them that I had already paid for these services with MRI, and the salesperson informed me that MRI had handed over their snagging lists and industrial cleans to their company and so they were now contacting people.
I have explained my situation several times to Solutions Overseas, but they still continue to contact me and try to sell me their services, which I find very distressing
I also responded to the sender of the recent email (who I believe was previously employed by MRI in their Home Services Worldwide dept.) asking Solutions Overseas to let me know their contact details for a written response, as it is not available on their website, and I have been sent a registered address in Madrid, Spain but I believe (from an ex DCC employee) that at this moment in time they may operate from the same premises as DCC in Marbella, formerly the business address of MRI. I have also noted that their contact number seems to be a Marbella, Spain telephone code (952). All these coincidences have made me very suspicious of the relationships between these companies which is understandable.
I have asked again where they obtained my contact information but this time I have been informed that it was An Overseas Owner' who provided them with the details of my requirements.
So, I apologise if I have caused Solutions Overseas any embarrassment or have been responsible for any misunderstandings re that they have or are trying to 'scam' me from the statements on my previous blogs.
Likewise, I would also welcome an apology from Solutions Overseas for the way I have been bombarded with unwanted calls, and now legal threats', I would also appreciate answers to my unanswered questions.
