I would absolutely LOVE find out who is the Vice President of MRS Associates. I have a small debt from my old Capital One credit card account that I'm paying off, I do admit the debt. The representatives are very rude, ghetto, and unprofessional. My agony occurred on 08/03/09 at about 5:30am-6:30am PST.
Any chance they get they will hang up the phone on you if they do not want to deal with you, or if you are voicing your opinion. I've spoken to Terry Johnson the call center manager, she wasn't too much help, she kept talking over me, and my issue still has not been resolved, then I was transferred to Claude the Senior Manager, I've started to raise my voice stating my opinions, and he told me that I was getting "NASTY" with him....what senior manager will use that type of lingo? So unprofessional! Then I told him that I will like to speak with someone MUCH higher than him like a Vice President, or a CEO, he gave me a toll free number to reach a higher up, and I've called that number and little did I know it routed me back to the call center again! So I've spoken with a Mr. Henson; he was not much help neither.
The representatives are VERY rude, and so are the managers. No manners, and as I continue to do business with these folks, I cannot be disrespected anymore!
Months ago I've spoken to a Mr. Porter for another issue, and what got me was that he was snorting literally over the phone as if he had bad sinuses.
Davita is my account manager for MRS Associates, and she is the most awesome person that I've ever worked with. She has a sweet attitude, she is very helpful, she is NOT ghetto like the rest, caring, then last but not least, VERY PROFESSIONAL!! I'm glad that I have her handling my account, not those other weirdo's.
I wouldn't say that the company is not a rip-off...so far, it's just that I've been disrespected by these reps.
Please help!! I NEED THE CONTACT PHONE NUMBER OR E-MAIL ADDRESS TO THE PRESIDENT, OR VICE PRESIDENT, OR EVEN A CEO TO THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!

ONE OF AMERICA'S WORST COLLECTION AGENCIES! Brain dead debt collectors with a street mentality. Very UNPROFESSIONAL in their business and collections technique.
These are VERY nasty people who go to no end with their lies, intimidation and BS!
These collectors give ALL debt collectors a bad reputation. There is no lie they will not tell, everyone they talk to is about to:
Be arrested
Have their wages garnished
Have a judgment levied against them
All of the above.
NOTHING they say or do is to be believed or trusted. Stay FAR away from these misfits of society; they are as BAD as debt collectors can be!!
