Mrs Jill Summers and David Bailey work for a company called Transcom (aka Newman & Co) who are a firm of low-life debt collectors who purchase debts in bulk and then try and collect them by using bully boy tactics and phone harassment..

Their methods beggar belief. They are persistant users of the silent phone call - when they ring you and say nothing, sometimes quite late into the evening.

This happened to me on 27 occassions in 3 days, and looking around I realised I was not an isolated case, with many hundreds of people making complaints about this firm for exactly the same behaviour.

When I complained 3 times over the phone to this firm, Mrs Jill Summers promised me that one of her ' dedicated team leaders' would look into this and call me back. She is a scum bag liar because nobody ever made contact with me from that firm. This necessitated me calling her again. This time she denied that the silent calls had ever been made, despite me sending proof of the print out from Vodafone showing the exact time and date of the 27 silent phone calls made by Transcom.

She then put me in touch with a David Bailey at the firm - supposed a 'team leader'. What a condescending a*****e - he stated that I was harrassing him for asking for an apology!

Mrs Jill Summers, David Bailey and Nazia Chowdrey (who has since left Transcom) are a bunch of thieving liars. Low life pond vermin who need to be dealt with. I have made a complaint to Ofcom who have a 'thick file' of complaints against this firm.

It seems they represent eBay and Pay Pal for outstanding fees.

If you ever get a silent phone call from this mob, report them to Ofcom immediately. They can be fined up to £2 million for doing this. And phone Mrs Jill Summers. Make sure you call her Mrs, not Miss, as she is very sensitive in this area! What a toe rag bailiff debt collecting piece of scum her and David Bailey are - best avoided at all costs..
