  Companie is fraudulent!! They pay people off the books and also employ illegal aliens!! Be careful working here!! Working conditions are deplorable!! You work in one tiny office smooshed together like pigs in a pen!! They have no life or business apparently since they decided to make a rebutal to this 3 years later!!Lol. The 2 owners dont even get along with eachother tht speaks for itself!! YOUCAN MAKR REBUTALS ALL YOU WANT BUT PEOPLE WILL SEE YOU FOR THE ROTTEN EMPLOYERS YOU ARE!! GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!! MORAL: DONT WORK HERE NOR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! THEY ARE ROTTEN!! IM GOING TO PRAY FOR YOU !!

 You would say that as a rebutal but I'm sure you have done this to other people as well!! You will also be reported to the labor dept! Trust me people you do not want to work for these people!! They try to pat slave wages for hard work! Actually I'm proficient in Excel and Quickbooks or they would have gotten rid of me the first day which they did NOT! I chose to quit after they wanted to pay $150 for a 40 hour work week! Yea right!! You shoukd be an honest company and tell people how you really are instead of trying to tear my character down which you can not do since my work speaks for itself!! Fast forward to 2 1/2 years later in which you are responding (losers) you need to get a life and stop paying people off the books cause it will catch up to you!! I'm employed by the State of NY now so if I wasnt proficient in Excel they would have never hired me!! Moral of the story find a hobby!! Trash!!

Does this individual really believe that a company would spend the time training an individual just to lay them off shortly thereafter?  Or is it more likely that the complainant was unable to fulfill the requirements of the position and, therefore, was not offered a position?  I believe the latter. 

Bottom line, the applicant/complainant was told she would be tested on a probationary basis to see if she was capable of performing the duties she highlighted she can do in her application.  Turns out, she could not even perform basic excel functions (which she indicated she knew) and was simply not cut out for a position in the accounting department. 

That said, she would have never been hired if she was truthful on her resume/application regarding her knowledge of excel and basic accounting principles.

MORAL:  BE TRUTHFUL WHEN YOU APPLY FOR A JOB BECAUSE, IF NOT, IT WILL EVENTUALLY COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU!
