MS Puppy Connection / Ashley Anderson/aka Nicole Methvin/ Nicole Anderson Sick Dog, dead within 3 days , No replacement/refund Ripped Off $6000 plus vet fees Pelahatchie, Mississippi

I contracted to purchase a Yorkie puppy from MS Puppy Connection in April, 2011.

I was emailed the photo, birthdate, weight etc.  Ashley Anderson would not take visa, paypal only

wired money.  First red flag.

I wired the deposit.  After she got the money I received vague answers regarding shipping dates,

and never received the promised photo or video of the actual dog I was to receive upon arrival to her from Korea.  I began to have my suspicions.  I spoke to my bank manager regarding the money wired.

She checked the website and noticed the Veterinarian reference.  She telephoned but the vet did not

phone back.  We then found complaints on Pissedoffconsumers.com;ripoffreport.com; and complaints from other people when we googled "Ashley Anderson".

Dog was finally shipped flown from Houston to Seattle, Continental Airlines.  Ashley told me two dogs were being delivered and that the "puppy nanny" flies standby. I paid $500 for the dog to fly in cabin.  After speaking to Continental Airlines I was informed only one dog per passenger is permitted. Ashley

states she can put as many puppies in a carrier as they are small.  (This might be true in cargo!)

I met the puppy nanny in the BAGGAGE area.  I have also read complaints on the internet about MS Puppy connection fllies dogs in cargo, nanny runs in and out of baggage area to fool owners dog flown were flown in  cabin.   My dog came out of cage and I noticed wheezing and congested. 

The OTHER dog looked alot better than mine..........it was being delivered to the "vet reference"

so perhaps it was flown in cabin. 

After receiving the dog, I had to take it to the vet the next morning.  Vet reported the dog was sickly

and frail, had upper respiratory problems and questionable vaccines and definitely not the dog in the photo which I had agreed to buy.  The dog was precribed medication.  I emailed Ashley but she said

she was not paying for my vet fees and that the dog was healthy when she sent it.

Dog's condition did not improve.  Within a day I had to phone emergency vet services and had to have the puppy euthanised.  I informed Ashley.  She said she was "not buying it" and I am only trying to

get a free dog or a refund and that my vet is an idiot and misdiagnosed.

I mailed her the papers along with the vet accounts  to her address at 412 Heslip Street, Pelahatchie MS.  She said I was lying and I did not sent the reports.

I then emailed the reports and letters from my vet but she said "not buying it, end of story".

Days later she asked for a necropsy.  Of course she knew a necropsy was too late as dog was already

cremated.  She lied and said I ignored her request to do a necropsy.  She never requested one and why would she think that I should pay more money for a dead dog that has already cost me $6400.

My vet said if a necropsy were performed it would probably show the dog had a liver shunt due to

stunted growth and  poor doing.

Ashley is not responding to my emails.  I asked for a fair resolution.

She calls me a liar and my vet an idiot.

I can only hope I can help anyone else buying a puppy not to get ripped off by this heartless soul who makes innocent puppies her victim.
