Jamal Mahijibhai signed a contract for marketing and website design services, when everything was 95% complete on the website he refused to pay for any services rendered for the course of 3 months, we are talking thousands of dollars. He is a very cheap individual we offered him 35% off our normal prices and he still has tried to pull a fast one on us.

This guys violated all the term and conditions we had on our agreement.
I attempted to contact this guy from August 12th, 2011 by phone and emails to finalize the project and I received no response at all. I sent notification if he will not respond I will hire someone else to start the project.
The new company started the project from start to finish, the website went live in Dec 2011.
The first email response from this guys was Jan 2012.
How long does someone be patient?
