A few months ago, I posted my CV on Career Builder, a job site.
One of the employers who called me to offer me a job was Christopher DeWolfe from MSI Canada.
I had a phone interview with Christopher and I was told that this was only a commission job without a base salary. He told me that I would make money with residual income.
I told him that I would give it some thought (since a job without a guaranteed base salary can be risky and financially damaging if sales don't come fast ).
I never bothered calling back since I had found a full time job with a base salary and commission.
I then received an e-mail from Christopher asking me if I was still interested in working for MSI.
I replied to him by e-mail ( in a professional and polite manner ) that I didn't agree on getting paid only commission without a guaranteed base salary.
When Christopher replied , he said that I was possibly the dumbest person he ever talked to.
His comment was very UNPROFESSIONAL and IMPOLITE. I mean, how was I being dumb by expressing my honest opinion and wanting job security ?
BY LAW, a company MUST pay his employees at least minimum wage . MSI does not do that.
So not only MSI Canada is an ILLEGITIMATE organization, but the employer Christopher DeWolfe ( If that's his real name ) is a very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL so called employer.

No one should waste his or her time working for MSI Canada, or buying their services.
A real company usually offers a guaranteed salary. Why would anyone on the planet want to invest his or her time with a job that doesn't pay you ? It makes no sense at all.
