This is your typical slimy dishonest mechanic. They preformed procedures without our permission for costs we didn't approve. Then when we tried to refute the costs the owner, Joseph Trapanese (the senior Joe) was rude to us. We ended up paying money we should not have owed. Additionally, they lied and told us extra things were wrong with the car that another mechanic said were not.
This is the most important part: They tried to convince us that the car was so broken (eventhough we can actually drive it) that we should just Give It To Them!!!! Interesting considering we had just put a $300 alternator in it the week before thus the car was worth at least that. And it was blatantly obvious that the alternator was brand new. You could have combed your hair in its reflection.
They were totally trying to convince us to give them the car so they could sell it for parts telling us it wasn't worth anything. Such a lie!!!
