MTP-USA ,My Technology Partner, Stopped payment Haskill Or Boonton New Jersey

My company was contacted by Tom Cappone of MTP to provide emergency service at a Church in Summit NJ. The work was performed along with other work the Church requested for about a total of 1100.00. I submitted my invoice to MTP which was paid on their check number 0031360684. I deposited the check and it was returned as "stopped payment". So I call Good old Tom and say Tom, you stopped payment on my check, why? I was told "those funds left my account months ago" send me a copy of the stopped check, which I did.

The next week I call Tom and say where is my replacement check, he repiles he never got the fax, resend. I had it faxed directly from the bank. The next week, Tom where is my check? He replies you never sent me a copy of the stopped check. OK Tom, I've sent it twice, now it is your turn YOU show me where we were paid. He blocked my e-mails!.
