Mugshots.com Refuses to remove arrest record even with proof of charge being dismissed and expunged Hallandale Beach Florida

In September 2013, my daughter who suffered from schizophrenia, blindness, and alcoholism became hysterical and threatened to become violent, so I called 911 as a precaution. She finally settled down and I was able to leave without incident. I phoned 911 back to cancel the emergency. They sent an officer out there anyway and my daughter made up a story that I had pushed her. Although she had no marks or bruises and there was no evidence of assault and I was a woman in my 60's with no history of assault, I was arrested anyway. Soon after, my daughter took her life and the charges were dismissed and expunged. This whole experience was deeply devastating to me and to my family. Although I provided court documents to prove the case had been expunged, Mugshots.com refuses to remove my mugshot and arrest record. I have contacted Mugshots.com, Amazon Technologies who hosts their site, Google, the State Atty General, ICANN, IC3, and the Department of Commerce with court documents proving the charge was dismissed and sealed, Mugshots.com refuses to remove my mugshot and arrest record. I want to join a class action lawsuit but I don't know where to start. I would very much appreciate any help you can give me.
