Mulberry's Garment Care Ruined new silk blouse, three months later and still not compensated for damages, very rude St. Louis Park Minnesota

My new, $138 silk blouse from JCrew, link below, was ruined and I have yet to be compensated for damanages.  I have not received a credit for the cleaning charges or received the blouse back.  Sales staff was not helpful and in some cases, rude. 

I picked up my blouse from Mulberry's 6/21/16.  The blouse had been worn twice and this was the first cleaning.  The blouse had shrunk significantly and was no longer useable.  The blouse was returned to the location 7/10/16.  

I was told a manager would contact me Monday 7/11/16 but I was never contacted.  I returned to the location 7/26/16 to follow up on the blouse.  The location had sent the silk blouse to be 'stretched' back to its original size.  The streching had no impact and the blouse was brought back to the location a second time 8/6/16.      

The location sent the blouse to their corporate office.  I was told they would replace or refund the value of the blouse.  I contacted Mulberry's corporate office 8/18 and was told no one could assist me at that time but to expect a follow-up call by 8/24/16.  

No one from Mulberry's corporate office contacted me.  I called a second and left a message 9/7/16 with no response.  As of 9/20/16, three months later, I have not received compensation for the damaged shirt, a credit for the cleaning charge, or my blouse back.
