I replied to the email:
Dear Tim,

I need to talk via telephone with you or Richard Coleman. I expected to go through an interview process that is just as much for me as it is for you and your company. I want to know more about your company and the products it sells. I want to make sure this is a good fit for me, as well as, for you and your company. I am not comfortable with an IM chat as an interview. The information I got from craigslist.org, didn't indicate that this was a work from home position. I need much more information, before I can accept this position.
