I hired Joe and Multipy Inc on May 11, 2017 and is now October 18, 2017. Just a few days past the six month term and agreement that, " the merchant provided the terms and conditions of the cancellation/refund policy. The merchant will refund the deposit if you fail to achieve $39,0000 in Gross Commission income specifically as a result of business generated by Multiply's Inc services within six months of the effective date. We have no further recourse."

However, I had a family emergency that arise before my services were to go Live and I explain to the Joe the situation. He said he will refund my deposit within two weeks.

I was also charge on my credit card from FB on the ad Multiply Inc had initially created to capture leads. It was stated you will not pay for anything until you receive results. Yet I was charged for the ad campaign from FB still. If I had known sooner they will not bill the ad campaign separately and FB was going to debit my account, I would not had signed up to begin with.

That is deceptive advertising from them. Afterwards, they stopped the ad campaign since they had admin rights to my FB ad account, but never credit me back that charge. Nothing happened after one month and they cut communication with me about my refund of deposit. 

I contact my bank to dispute the transaction and they will investigate the claim in July 2017. On September 17, 2017, my bank reverse the deposit of $1560. The stated, "The merchant provided the terms and conditions of the cancellation/refund  policy. The merchant will refund the deposit if you fail to achieve $39,0000 in Gross Commission income specifically as a result of business generated by Multiply's Inc services within six months of the effective date. We have no further recourse."

This company but my family and I in financial burden when bills that were supposed to be on certain days were not. I was behind when my account went into the negatives since the debit of the refund. I had to borrow funds from my parents because of this. Then the following month in August, I had lost a buyer because of the hurricane and that put me in further financial hardship.

I would had been caught up with payments in September because now the company told my bank they are honoring the agreement terms. I do not recommend any Realtor or professional to use Joe and Multiply Inc. there services unless they want to experience unprofessional staff, deceptive adversting, and false claims.

They are ripping off thousand of people everyday because of this. I know they could have easily refund my deposit or anyones' else within dire situations and circumanstances that occur. Instead, they played it off as if they cared, but to only show they have no empathy towards other's emergencies situations.

However after a week and before my services began on the ads, I had an emergency in the family that I had to cut some expenses to help pay for the cost. Immediately contact them to let them know that I need to cancel the services before it begins. They connected me with Joe and I let him know the situation. He said that within two weeks he will find a replacement to refund my deposit. I also tell them that I was charge on my credit card from their FB ad. My fb ad campaign was for $500 a month. However, they stated that you will not pay any fees until you receives results. I was lucky that my fb ad spending limit was set on low because if I will have known they were not going to bill my ads as a separate entity by them, but only have my credit card billed through facebook, I will not have signed up to begin with before my emergancy arise. After month, I have not received any calls or emails back from Joe or his staff that will find a replacement. I called my bank and have them start an investigation and despute my deposit by Mutlipy Inc. I submitted emails from Joe that he said he will find a replacement and I explained them the situation. As a result, the reverse it temporarily until investigation was completed. Now on September 17, 2017, my bank stated, "The merchant provided the terms and conditions of the cancellation/refund policy. The merchant will refund the deposit if you fail to achieve $39,0000 in Gross Commission income specifically as a result of business generated by Multiply's Inc services within six months of the effective date. We have no further recourse." After I already provided them the emails from Joe stating he will refund my deposti within the two weeks that he was supposed to find a replacement in May 2017. It is now October 18, 2017, pass the six months mark and if the Multipy Inc wants to tell my bank that are going by the agreement, then they have failed to reach the $39,000 in GCI within six months. Joe and Multipy Inc put me and my family in a financial burden when my bank reverse my refund putting my account in the negatives. I have bills that were not pay on time and I had to borrow money from my parents until my other deposit cleared that week. Worst of all, Havery hit my area and slowed down business and I lost a buyer from it. I am still behind on some payments that would have been settled if Joe and his Company had refunded me sooner and before my bank reverse the refund. I do not recommend any Realtor or any business professional to use his services. He is ripping people off! Viera Florida

 It's now January 2021 and still no refund or a response back from the owner or Mia Luca. I need Answers now. I want a check mailed to me for my $1560 refundable deposit.

Still no Refund

 It now July 31st, 2018. The last time I got email from Joe and Mia Luca that my refund is on it's way was in November 2017. Since then, I keep getting emails replying from my inquiries the Refunds will be done in 30-60 days. They said that since November 2017! I was in the supposed tenth position to receive my $1560 deposit Refund because they fail to reach their goals on the terms of the agreement. I will now contact legal and make this public. I hope everyone reads this and avoid Joe Giglietti. His business is straight up lies. Thanks to him, I am still catching up on Bill's that could been paid off from the refund him and Mia claimed is coming my way. Mia stopped responding to my emails in June 2018. I emailed her and Joe to find out what is going on? No reply. Am upset with these people deceiving everyone trying to make it in the real estate business.

One Year Mark!

 It's been one year this month since I originally hired this company to do my lead generation and capture. I been e-mail by Mia who is working on my final audit that I provided in November after the six months ending by the agreement. I then get email again but in late December needing another spreadsheet for my audit. Should be simple and blank since they have not provided any leads after the turned of the campaign in May 2017. Now it's one year this month and three months after Mos said her team had me as 10th for the top ten Real Estate agents needed refunds for their deposit. I am still waiting on a response this month and follow up before I call a lawyer. Don't use this company.

 So it's December 4, 2017. Past the six months term agreement. I sent them the final audit for November with no business being generated by them in the form of converted leads. So, they have not contacted me to acknowledge they have received my email with the spreadsheet. As well, my question on how soon they will soon my refund check.
