A rep from this company called Preston Clark called our company several times to get through our marketing department to sell a spot in a Catering Newsletter. After being so persistent and getting a hold of our contact information via email I responded and told him that we do not usually use this type of advertising.

He was very persuading and sold us a spot that was $1,500/3 month for $500 for one month, telling us the click ratio was very high because people sign-up for this newsletter is not a mailing list. He was very pushy for us to sign up right away because the newsletter was about to run and he got us a special deal because they don't do it for less than 3 months.

Our ad run for 30 days and we received 31 clicks out of 9,866 impressions (that's 0.3% click ratio) no ROI (0 Sales even if we advertised with a coupon code), worst $500 EVER SPENT!

After the ad running 2 weeks I called and told Mr. Preston that I was worried because we did not get any sales or inquiries from the ad and he told me that he was going to talk to his IT department to see if they need to twitch our ad a little bit and that I should give it more time.  30 days passed by and I called to see what can his company do after promising a high click ratio and we only got 0.3%. He told me that he's going to check with his manager and call me back.

He called me back saying that there is nothing they can do, sorry.

To be honest, this was a very expensive lesson for me for:

1. Taking a phone call from a company requesting business, if they were so good they wouldn't need to have telemarketers trying to sell a product that doesn't work.

2. Not doing proper research about the company like read reviews or requesting referrals. Like the ones I found here, they all say the same thing about Multiview, which is my exact experience.

3. To over pay for newsletter advertising in a time where PPC is the logic way to advertise with reputable companies such as Google.

I hope that this is helpful for other people and read this review before jumping aboard with Multiview. Honestly their newsletter advertisement should sell for about $50/month, won't pay a dime more.

Multiview did not provide an option to compensate such low click ratio, they were just glad to pocket $500 from a small business.
