The Munchranch Farm is USDA licensed and inspected, as well as SPCA inspected, as well as a cattery of excellence with CFA and anyone can read the testiomonial page to make a determination about this breeder. The BBB has also confirmed that her post was not valid and just an attmept to extort money from me and distort the facts. They found that Munchranch was not at fault.  

She told SPCA i had sick cats and posted some stolen photos of deformed kittens on line saying I sold them to her. The photos were stolen by her and were not my cats. She never got a sick cat from me and the SPCA came and verified that her complant was a waist of time and fradulent.

She offeers no proof of her accusations, and has a history of anger and bi-polar activities, as I can prove by her emails sent to me and our phone conversations and her actions. But we were once best buds, accordng to her first emails.

 She has a testimonial for her cat with adorable photos on that page and was very happy with the kitten until I refused to take it back because she was kicked out of her daughter's place because they could no longer get along.

This lady is in her 60's. She has placed lies in this rip off accusation and grasps for anything to try discredit Munchranch.

She includes names of people she does not even know, and names of people who do not even own cats.

I told her I would be happy to help sell the kitten if she would send photos but that would not do because her daughter would not help her take them. 

She stole cat papers from me and said i would never get them back unless i gave her a refund. 

This is extortion and she is blatently lying on this forum.

She promised to 'get even' at any cost and is trying tactics like this. She tried doing the same thing with another site and they did research, and found that she had lied and was just making things up so retracted  her complaint.

However, this comany did not even post my rebuttal each time I wrote one.

Her first dig at me was saying that I was prejudice to blacks. When she found I have black relatives in the family, that was taken down because it was obvous she was just trying to strr up crap.

If you wan to know her name just email me. I would never trust this lady. She said we were like brother and sister and she was so glad she found me- until I tried to help her sell a kitten she got from me instead of giving her a refund.

Then she tried say I charged her hundreds over the actial cost. I gave her a lot of discounts,

I also let her pay the kitten out and even sent her the cat.  She sent me money orders that were not able to be cashed so she never completed paying for the kitten, and still has papers from a cat I got from her as well.

She refused to send me those papers, so in effect, she is the thief and person not to be trusted.

But one of the other gripes I have is that this is the third time a rebuttall has been done, but not posted. It is like people are trying to make money from this lie.

If you look at her original report, she says Munchrath sells thousands of ats a year. Duh, this is impossible with only 8 female cats, and most only breed once a year. The other mis fact she says is that I sell cows for $3500. So, whats wrong with that? (even if I had any to sell) She is grasping for things to make it look like this is a bad thing. She daid that I sokd kendercats male stud when that cat is a female, not a stud. It died years ago, so again, she is just trying to lie and get a rise out of anhone who may want to believe this nonsense. The proof is on the site, not with one crazy and angry lady who was once a good friend. My how drugs change people. I can only wish her the best of luck in her unhappy and miserable life.

In reference to the attempt to slander Munchranch Farms, the lady who did this promised that she would make my life miserable if I did not buy back a kitten that she purchased from me a year or so ago. She is publishing lies and statements that are contridictory to the rules of this ripoff list, and i am not sure why she has been allowed to do it.

She is using racist comments that have no basis of truth. There are African Americans in our family, so the statement that we hate blacks is unfounded. She says cats are put in other peoples names, which is not true, so not sure where she got that info other than just picking out relatives names. Said i stole cats, and has no proof, just assumptions as the cat was given to me.

She said I sold Arizona, and she is the one who purchased it, and got a refund after sending the cat back, but kept the registration papers hostage. She is the thief, not me. And that I sell thousands of cats a year is actually pretty funny, and shows her level of understanding about breeding cats. Maybe she is confused with rats, but i sell cats.

I have 8 adults and breed them once, maybe twice a year. I may have made a thousand dollars, but have never sold thousands of cats. She is a long way from reality and needs help.

She did  purchase a bred cat from me and the kittens died while in her care before they were born. After hearing her story of how she and her adult daughter were fighting all the time and all of the turmoil in that household, it is possible that the stress of the situation killed the kittens. MaryAnna used to be a friendly, smart, and nice lady until she did not get her way. Her behavoirs support the bipolar behaviors of some people. Her medicaions more than likely add to her mental anguish and uncivil behaviors.

She sent the cat back and was given a rufund, and with that she used to purchase another kitten in its place. 

However, the turmoil continued and MaryAnna was finally kicked out of her own daughters house due to the bipolar behaviors and the prescription drug use that she admitted to.  Now, with the house being such a bad blace for kittens to live, this once lovely kitten may now be scared of her dogs and fear for its own life.

MaryAnna asked me to buy back the kitten, but after being ther for so long, I will not agree to that, but will post photos on my site to help her sell the kitty. She was ok with that, but after another fight with her daughter, she said that she demanded that I buy back the kitten, or she will not send back the registration papers for the adult cat that she had returned.

I informed her that was extortion and theft, but her response was, "Oh well, call it what you want, but you will not be getting these papers back unless you buy the kitten back as well".

I refused. She was angry and said she would get me back by any means. She called BBB. She called the SPCA. Now she has contacted Ripoff. BBB investigated and found no wrong doing at all, and said I offered more than most breeders would have done. SPCA came and did an inspection and found nothing wrong and infact, the inspector took a card for a friend who might be interested in a kitten. He said they get fake complaints a lot but need to do the inspectionsjust in case. He was pleased with everythign here.

Here is what she said. So, you will be able to see how a vengful person can be someone you would not want to geet involved with. By the way, her cattery is called Shastliva and last I heard was in Grand Isle, Nebraska, and I would never deal with someone with her credentials or morals. She is untruthful and is a thief and I do have proof, as does my lawyer. :)
