Murad, Inc. Website ordering was defective - kept kicking me out until finally after 3 times BUT then it created 3 orders that I was charged for. After one month that should have cost $39.95 - I wound up with 6 p El Segundo, California
I was told that since I opened package (didn't open product just opened box to see what was in there) that I would have to pay return shipping. So - because I ordered one 30-day intro for $39.95 . . . I was charged $275 in less than a month. Customer service was rude and did not acknowledge that it was their website's ordering process that caused the problem - they should have covered the return shipping since it was their website flaw. Not a good company - not good customer service.
