Do not ever use this horse transportation company. I used this woman to move a horse three months ago. She subcontracted to a hauler that did a wonderful job but she never paid him for the job. I did not know this so I decided to use her again to move another horse for me. It is now three weeks after she was supposed to pick up the horse. I have not heard from her in over a week and I am $500 in the hole.
I am hoping that I will receive a refund but I am not really expecting it. She does not actually live in the town that she has listed on her web site either. I learned this from the hauler that she subcontracted to to haul my first horse to Arizona.

I did some hauling for this people and they rip me off out of $800 she was late picking up the horses, the sellers did not want her in their property and she never told me of this,then tried to blame me for it !! satay away from gail murphy she is not an honest person.

Just wanted to warn anyone who is going to transport a horse that Gail Murphy is still operating as a transporter. I am purchasing another horse and need to move her from VA to AZ. I went to Travellinghorse.com to put in for quotes to move the new horse and actually got a bid from Gail Murphy of Personalized Equine Transportation Service. I have to say that I was quite surprised to see it. I guess she has had so many dissatisfied customers, she can not keep track of them all. Please, if you are going to ship a horse, do not use this woman. I truly believe the other lady's story on RipOff.

Just wanted to update this report. I never did hear from Gail Murphy or receive any money back. I have scoured the web to let anyone know who has her listed on their site how she operates in the hopes that no other horse owner has to go through what I and others have gone through. She is still operating and I really do hope that this report saves someone the money.
