I contracted with Musicsitemakers and Andrew Rosenberg and supposedly 'DJ Wimberly' who seems to be a mystery man.  After months and months of getting no where with this company but constant delays and sub-par work I am sueing them for bad business practice.  They took $29,000 and never finished.  What work they did was absolutely ridiculous.  Andrew promised dates for 5 or 6 tasks which needed to be done and then promised money back if he didn't meet the dates.  That was 4 months ago, the work is not done and I have not seen any refunds.  I foolishly paid in full for an iphone application to be done by them and after 6 months have not seen ave an alpha of the site never mind the beta.
