Mvelopes.com is supposed to help you budget your money, etc; concept is cool. The problem comes in when you sign up for the free "trial"; after the trial they are supposed to charge you $7.90 per month and then they end up taking out the whole 1yr. However, they did not take out 1yr, but 2yrs worth; which equals $189.60! (http://www.mvelopes.com)
You cannot call them and cancel either because they do not provide a telephone #! WHAT? That's right! There is NO PHONE NUMBER to call! You have to get online and go through some type of chat thing.
Stay away from this company! Any company that doesn't care enough about their customers to provide a phone number doesn't really care about their customers. They are after one thing and that is YO MONEY! 2yrs at one time? Give me a break!
