We received a free two night cruise certificate by Mini Vacations from our bank. We booked a cruise on Dec.15, 2005 with MVI Marketing for Feb.16, 2006. Today is Feb.3,2006 and we still don't have our tickets. I have called several times since Jan.13,2006 but have only reached someone by phone twice. Each time I have been told that they are running behind on getting the cruise tickets out and I should be receiving them in 1 to 2 weeks. I tried all day today to get through, even calling the other office that shows up on the website in Sarasota. No one answered all day. I am beginning to wonder if I got ripped off my $400. I wonder if my husband and I will get to go on our cruise we have looked so forward to for our 10th anniversary.
