MVP Trans Inc Las Vegas,NV This company I worked for they hired a crooked dispatcher that came up with ideas to steel money from O/O by not being truthful and they set me up to fire me and when they did they didn't pay me my money they owed me. watch out O/O they cut rates on the c I was there first dispatcher and made there company grow in fact when I was fired some of the O/O left with me to another company las vegas Nevada

This Trucking Company is owned by a person from another country. They have adds on different places and one is on craigslist I used to work for this company from when they were just starting out 2 month into the business and they only had 2 company trucks they started to grow with some O/O I was running 10 truck and they decided to hire another dispatcher as they were growing even more. Well this new dispatcher brought with him all the ways that they can make more money from the O/O than what they were making on just the 10% that they were nomaly charging.

He came up with an Idea that they would had to get rid off me because I would not allow it to the drivers that were under my dispatch. When they found the way to termitate me they did it and the check that they owed me for the loads that I had dispatched while I was still there they stoled from me and never paid me they never gave me any papers that I signed so yes I was screwed out of $1,035.00 well enough about me. To does that own trucks and are looking for a company to lease on please if you don't want to get screwed over then think twice about this company.

They have an ad on CL We pay 90% of the gross load amount MVP Trans Inc Las Vegas,NV they have postings in Las Vegas,NV Los Angeles,CA and Phoenix,AZ maybe other locations. This is what they charge you for just when you start alone they start by telling you that they take money out $1,000.00 for escrow which you never get that back, plates they want you to put on your registration and plates of your truck under there company name so thats another 2% so you pay this all year long that means when it really finish the actual pay that was really owed in maybe 6 to 8 months your still giving them

extra money they charge you 4% or 5% for quick pay when they are using England Logistics Factoring at 1 1/2% that they get charged for quick pay do the math how much more that they are making from O/O and they lease trailers from some trailer leasing place call new prime trailer lease in Salt Lake City,UT or Reno,Nv dryvan they only pay $450.00 P.M. and they charge you $900.00 Reefer Trailers they pay $900.00 P.M. and they charge you $1,900.00 and yes they want you to use there trailers They hired a crooked dispatcher that brought in ways to make it even better for them.

This dispatcher tells the O/O the load pays certain amount but its actually paying more than what he tell them (example load pays $5,000.00 but he tells the O/O that it pays $4,500.00) thats automaticly $500.00 for them that they are cheating you out off load then they start with all there charges on top of that to me I call that fraud. So if anyone that stills joins MVP Trans Inc. after they see this they just want to get had. The O/O that were under my dispatch would like to stay under my dispatch as long as I can find a good company for them that we can all work together for yes I keep in touch with them. Right now I don't know what else they are charging for but I know that they are up to something to make more from O/O.
