Our unit was stuck in a ditch. The police called this company and they began billing from dispatch time. The tow itself took 15 minutes. Their driver followed our truck to his delivery and wasted time. In the mean time they continued to add to our bill becuase they bill from dispatch to payment. We ended up getting a $1,200 bill for a 15 minute job cause they billed for 3 hours. Save your money, and call another company!
