AOL, MWI, Member Services Unauthorized membership, unauthorized withdraws to my bank account Connecticut

On 12/03/2003 I checked my internet bank account when I noticed three unauthorized charges to my account for the amount of $1.00 each.

These companies are MO2 Galleria USA, phone number (888) 256-3076, MO2 Homeworks Plus ( 888) 256-9206 and MO2 Simple Escapes (888) 404-5629.

I have no idea who they are, I have never purchased anything from them and I have no idea how they got my bank card number, althought I feel it must have been provided to them by my ISP AOL, as I have done some research and found lots of AOL customers with my same complaint . Somehow these companies are affiliated with AOL.

I notified my bank and cancelled my check card.

I tried calling these companies but it is impossible to talk to them because they want me to provide them with personal information such as name and address and phone number which I am not willing to provide to them.

I have contacted AOL but all they do is provide me with these three companies phone numbers. I even tried cancelling my AOL subscription and they gave me two free month and refused to cancel my services, althought I changed my bank card and refused to give them my new bank card information.

I am now receiving e- billing notices from these three companies thru one of my screen names in America Online, which it is not a master screen name to begin with. In the billing notice they are charging me $134.95 each, for a membership fee. Again, I have no idea what membership because I have not signed for any membership with anyone of these companies and the screen name to which they are sending me these e-bills is not a master screen name for my AOL account.

I even tried e-mailing these companies cancelling such membership but instead they replied on how wonderful their membership is.
