MWI Connections & MWI Essentials ripoff unauthorized fraudulent charges to bank account nationwide

I was confused and infuriated to discover my checking account was billed $96.00 from MWI Connections, and $12.95 from MWI Essentials. I was confused because I have never heard of this company before, infuriated because they had the audacity to withdrawal money from my checking account without my authorization.

It is my understanding that a company must have written or verbal permission (recorded) before they are authorized to withdrawal monies from any account, be that a checking account or a credit card. This company had neither. I challenge MWI to prove that I signed a receipt, or that I gave verbal consent on a recording to withdraw the above amounts.

I am still confused as to the purpose of this company. I have no idea what they do, and why. I also have no idea how they received access to my account.
I am very careful with my account information. So if they can do this to me, they can do this to anyone. This violation of privacy is unlawful, and unforgivable. MWI needs to be held accountable for their actions.
