There is a charge of $96.00 for MWI CONNECTIONS, I have no idea what it is for or who this company is.

There is also a charge of $139.95 for MWI PREMIERHEALTH PLUS. I don't know what this is for either. I want a refund for both of these immediately.

The only thing I have is what was on my bank statement-
