MWI Galleria & MWI Connections Rip-off this company ripped off my checking account on two occasions SO FAR! Internet

This company claims they sent me materials on two occasions, of which I received nothing ever. They first charged my checking account 139.95 which caused me to be overdrawn and pay a couple hundred dollars in fees. I have 6 children and cannot afford this.

They were not very helpful when I called, telling me that they would send me information again and I would have 30 days to try it. I told them no I did not want any of their materials and needed my money back. They said it would be 7-10 business days and I told them I needed it as quickly as possible.

They asked if I would like some type of voucher coupons while I waited and I said I wanted nothing. They were only going to return 29.95, but I finally talked them into the full 139.95, when I threatened to take them to court. The money was in my account about 3 days later.

Nearly one month to the date, MWI Connections charged the same account 96.00. Though it has not caused me to be overdrawn this time, enough is enough. The man I talked to today was a little more helpful, though he claims the last person who gave me my original money back only cancelled one account and I had two.

I told them I never had any account because I never received anything. They were apologetic but this is toooooo much. Please tell all of your friends about this company because from the looks of this website, lots of people are having this happen from a dirty company. God Bless!
