MWI Galleria USA fraudulent billing Internet

I just discovered an unauthorized charge of $139.95 on my American Express card from some company named "Galleria". The following line was on my online credit card statement: GALLERIA 800-547-5371 CT. I imagine the "CT" is Connecticut, but I'm not sure.

I tried calling their number, but only stayed on the line long enough to get their website URL, which is www.geopass.com. When going to their website, Internet Explorer informed me that I would have to install Korean language support before I would be able to view the page.

So, I did and, sure enough, the page is all Korean. It appears to be an online Korean-designed shopping site. I have no idea how they got my card information.
At any rate, I called American Express Customer Service right away and, as soon as the charges actually post to my account, I'm going to have them file an official dispute.

They assured me that the charge WILL be reversed.
After doing some more online investigation, I was shocked to discover that I was not the only one to get burned by this company. Someone else had the exact same charge show up on their debit card from the same company, although they perceived the company to be in Alabama.
