Having just checked my online bank statement tonight, I've found that I have the following listed as a "purchase": "03/04/2003 PURCHASE MWI*CONNECTIONS 03/03 $96.00". No one in my household has delt with a company known as MWI online or as an actual store.
This is a fraudulent report on my banking statement and I am extremely upset about it. When I saw this charge on my statement, I immidiately did a search for MWI Connections on the Internet.
Suprisingly, the only info that was retrieved for MWI Connections were these complaints filed with 'badbusinessbereau.com", which is both assuring and disturbing at the same time. At least I know that I'm not crazy, I did not make those carges, however I'm unsettled because how do I know if I can get my money back? If anyone has suggestions for a family who has been wrongfully charged here in North Carolina by 'MWI Connections', please let me know what I should do.... and thank you for any help you may offer.
