My Cash Guardian Got ahold of my banking info and took out money that was not aprroved and doesnt want to refund it back Internet

I checked my bank account and there was a withdraw from them for $29.95. I called my bank to find out who and why this charge was taking out off my account. The bank stated because they had my banking info that I needed to call them. Well I called them next and demanded that they refund my money as they had no authorization to take anything out of my account this was on 08/17/12. I still dont have my money back.. Called again today and they said oh we deposited on 08/29/12. my money is still missing.
