I received a call from a so called agent smith stating that i had a claim against me from an online loan company stating that i commited online check fraud and that i had a bench warrant out for me and i had to pay to clear my name. I paniced and payed it. Then they called me this week and said that another accusation came up when they tried to close my account and i have to pay more money to clear mu name again for a company called my cash now. I dont remember the first company' s name thay i payed on. I requested information in writing regarging the allogations and they said they cant give that to me umtil i pay them off. I did receive an email on the 18th listing loanediation inc as the collection company representing my cash now and the amount that will be talen out of mu bank account on the 25 th of april. I looked uo my cash now online and saw a list of scam accusations against my cash now. I need help. Please

Don't pay anything - it is a scam!

These people are scammers. You gave them your bank account information for the last bogus loan. They are going to suck you dry.

1) Change bank accounts now.

2) Don't give out your bank account information to strangers - ever.

3) This is called the Payday Loan Collection Scam and you can read all about it on the FTC(dot)gov website.

4) Because these scammers have your information they will keep calling you with different payday loan companies and saying you owe - because you fell for the scam once, they want you to fall for it again. Remember they are scammers and having nothing to lose. Nothing they say is true.

Report them to the police (file a report).

Report them to the FTC.

Report them to the Attorney General.

I don't think you will see your money back, but at least protect what you have now by closing your bank account.

Good luck.
