So finally here over an hour late, 11:07. This tech did not seem to know what to do. He tried the same things over and over andthe same thing happened. He spent most of the time just logging off and on. Guess what? the same thing happened...nothing. He jumped up at 11:55at said he had togo and that my computer was just corrupt and he couldn't fix it now and would have to come back. In checking my bank statement I found that they not only took the first $129.99, but they also took tanother $129.99.

When Icalledthe main office to compalin ,I was told that it might take this tech 3 more hours to "fix" my computer. Now why would I want todo that when I could buy a new touch screen with 8.1 for $800. I felt the tech was not able to detect the problem within the hour because of not being knowledgable and my computer still doesn't WORK. So unless you are ready to spend at least $650 on your computer don't evenmake that calltpMy Computer Works.

After giving My Computer Works, the $129.99 up front fee, I was to have a tech come to my house. The appointment time was 10 am.  At 11, there was still no tech.  So I called the company and they said that he was on his way.  He did come at 11:05.  He spent time on the computer doing almost the exact same thing and it had the same result. Imagine that?  After logging off and on many times which takes a lot of time, which I know now was all part of the plan.  Then at 11:55, he jumps up and says that the computer is corrupt and he doesn't have time to fix it now and leaves.

In checkinng my checking account later, I see that My Computer Works tookout 2 $129.99.  I called the company to complain that I spent $260 and my computer still didn't work!!  I was told by a manager that was just the way it is and it might be at least 3 hours more.  Now why would I want to pay $640+ on a PC, when you can get a wonderful laptop for $800 with windows 8.1?  This place is crazy and their techs make sure they will milk every dollar out of you.  They are extremely unproffesional and unknowledgable.   Don't use My Computer Works unless you want to fall victim.
