I ordered an "Operating Agreement" from this company. It was the most Mickey Mouse form I have ever seen. When I asked for refund, they just kept saying, "be more specific." I gave them an example of a legitimate form and they still said to be more specific. I just kept getting the brush off. This company has terrible products and does not stand behind them.

I am very unhappy with the form I purchased. Your company represented it would meet the requirements from my bank. It definitely does not. It is the biggest Mickey Mouse form I have ever seen. I need a refund to my Paypal account immediately or I will file a dispute with Paypal. My Paypal account is ********.com

Greetings,

I see by your email that you have some sort of issue; unfortunately I don't know what it is. If you could be a little more specific about why this form does not meet your needs, maybe we can work on something that does address your needs. I look forward to hearing from you.

Your company obviously doesn't understand what an Operating Agreement is supposed to be. It is not a two page document. There are many areas of operations your form doesn't cover. It was totally useless. I need to get a refund or I will file a complaint with the Rip Off Report and the BBB today. You are misrepresenting your product.

Greetings,

Once again you're going to need to be a little more specific for us to be able to work with you. If the forms you ordered had more than two pages what would you suggest be on them. What requirements does your bank have pertaining to your company's operating agreement that make our forms useless? Moreover, where did you find a bank that was open at the time you ordered these forms to tell you that you could not use them.

If you would like to know what a legitimate Operating Agreement looks like, go to http://www.******.com . That will give you an example of what a real one looks like. I didn't need a bank to tell me that form was not acceptable. I have been in business fro long enough to know. I would be too embarrassed to even present that form to them. This is my last request for a refund. I have now given you a link to see what a legitimate Operating Agreement form should look like and so you can compare yours with a real one. I doesn't get any more specific than that. I won't accept another put off response. Please be a good business man and refund the money. It is principle.

Sincerely,

Lee ******

Greetings,

It is unfortunate that you still can not explain to me what is lacking in these forms. Thousands of people every month use this same form without trouble. Quite simply put this seems very much like someone trying to get something for free. I have given you every opportunity to help us address your specific needs yet you refuse to be specific. You said the forms do not meet the requirements of the bank yet no bank has refused to accept the form. You said we misrepresented our product yet you ordered and received a fill in the blank operating agreement for a single member Limited Liability Company. If you should have anything specific about the forms to add I look forward to hearing it.

Greetings,

That's very nice sir; will you need any further assistance with the forms you ordered?

No, I wouldn't like anything else from your company except you to stand behind your products enough to allow a refund for a poor product. I am also notifying the Nevada Attorney General, Las Vegas BBB, and other agencies that will let people know about the quality of your product. It is my duty as a consumer. I hope you enjoy your $9. It has bought you plenty of negative press.
