Iwent online to search for birth, death and marriage records of my family and my fee plan charged my credit card $1.00 and 19.95 when it was suppose to be a 1 dollar donation it turned into a $20.95 donation. I was willing to donate the dollar but did not want the 19.95 charge on my credit card. I tried calling the number my credit card company had for my fee plan but there was just a constant busy signal. My Fee Plan has ripped me off for 19.95 and i want my money back.
