my fitness ,caraluna nutraceuticareal,real nutrition ordered 5.95 sample of cbd oil. charged 69.95 Now again 79.95 with no product sent. they don't speak english when you try to call Las Vegas Nevada

i ordered the $5.95 only pay shipping and handling cbd oiltrial. They charged the $5.95 on 6/18 as a company called real Fitness. Phone# 866-813-2821  On 7/3 they charged my account $79.95 as Caralluna nutraceutica Phone number 888-618-0850. When I called them they informed me that i didn't cancel before the 14 days were up. There was no mention on the website of this as i am very aware that this does go on. They told me i could not get a refund as i didn't send the items back. I requested a cancellation and return item #. The item was sent back. They charged me again on 8/9 at $69.95 as My Fitness  888-286-2194. No product has been received and it is 8/25. When i called this morning i was told i will not be getting a refund for the 79.95 since the product was opened. Duh! it was a trial....... they are supposed to be sending my refund request for the second charge to the appropriate persons for a refund  I used a prepaid visa reloadable debit card so i am just not putting any more money on there until i see the refund then the card will be cancelled.  

p.s. they speak really bad english and when you ask for someone who speaks better english they tell you to call back and hang up on you.
