My grant site, Mygrantsite.net Eroneous charges to debit card, not authorized, Keep Coming!, refunds not in sight! - Internet Scam- Do not USE! Las Vegas Nevada

These people from My grant site.net are not authorized to charge anything at anytime to my account. They must be stopped. all charges- debits to them must cease and desist immediately.

They continually charge eroneous amounts to my debit card despite numerous request to have them stop. They changed them name or place the charge comes from-but when I call the number from the charge as listed on my statement it is the same company.

I have contacted them 4 times and yet they continue to charge my business debit and they have not refunded what they charged or cancelled the account as I have previously requested.

I spoke with Jay-em Lopez in the Phillipines on 4/2/09. I made it very clear that this account was to be cancelled and all charged were to stop and be refunded. I made it very clear they are not authorized to charge anything to my debit card. I made it very clear that I did not request anything from these company and do not wish to be a member or order any products.

They clearly have ignored my request and continue to charge my account eroneous amounts which amount to fraud and an internet scam.

I spoke again with Celie in NY on 4/8/09 after more charges came through, re-iterated my requests and concerns. She stated would refund and gave confimation 4319471.

She also transfered me to a Cornelia a supervisor in Utah, who stated I had no charges, even I told her I was looking right at the statement. She basically wasted my time.

After receiving even more charges for another 7.95 today 4/13/09) , I called again and spoke with Tam in NY and was very clear about not wanting not ordering anything from this company - again I made it clear they must stop immediately and refund all charges and cancel this account immediately. Tam gave me the following confirmations (in my file records) for Refunds for the charges- which I have yet to see.

I reiterated again that they are not authorized to charge anything, that all charges must cease and desist, and that this supposed account and or membership must be cancelled immediately. With all refunds going back to my account.

It is my opinion that:

This company is clearly running an internet scam and should be avoided at all cost. THEY ARE CROOKS, LIARS, and SCAM Artist, who seek only to defraud hard working citizens of there money!

The charges keep coming, the lies keep coming, they refunds don't appear!

I never at no time authorized anyone from mygrantsite.net to charge anything to my debit card or any other account. I never to my knowledge joined any membership with this company! I have repeatedly asked for any association whether granted or not to be cancelled immediately! I have repeatedly been told that they would do so, and yet they clearly have not!
