My Lady Logistics Priscilla Lenise Dean, Loretta Erses, Jose Valadez a/k/a JST, LLc Scam Artist Bad Check Writers Covington, Georgia

The following is what actually occurred and it states within the informational content that Loretta Erses did not write a check:

My trucking company hauled heavy equipment across the country for Priscilla Dean the owner of My Lady Logistics. My Lady Logistics is a freight brokerage company which goes online to find out who needs product hauled and then they subcontract the haul to trucking companies such as ours. My Lady Logistics does not own any trucks and works out of a house. 

My Lady Logistics got paid by their client the same day that my trucking company delivered the equipment. My Lady Logistics did not pay us for over two months and when they did finally pay us they wrote us a bad check. Check # 9278 for $13, 390 the checking account is listed under Priscilla Lenise Dean. Priscilla Dean avoids our phone calls, letters and emails. 

We have turned the check of to the State Attorney's Office in DuPage County (IL) to prosecute her for the NSF check. The amount of the NSF check is a Felony. We are told that she will be arrested very soon.

Note the complaint states specifically that Priscilla Lenise Dean wrote a check not Loretta Erses. So again, I am stating that the check was written unbeknow to Loretta Erses using  a personal check from USAA Bank not a company check from Chase Bank which was the official company checking account. The complaint also states that Priscilla avoided phone calls, letters and emails. 

I will not take blame for a check that I did not write... Plus this is false: 

My Lady Logistics stated that the credit card problems were on American Express' end. This was a lie. My Lady Logistics was delinquent in their payments to American Express and that is why they could not pay us via credit card. 

You can check with American Express My Lady Logistics has never owned a Business Card from American Express...

Finally, I stand by my word my company: Loretta Erses and Associates has never written a single check to anyone since it opened in 2011. I am not a con artists nor a thief.  If I owed the money, I would pay it,

Loretta Erses is not guilty of defrauding our company or any other.  I did Not steal over $12,000 from this company nor did I write them a NSF check that I have not paid.  I am not going to take responsibility for something that I have not done.

Priscilla Dean of My Lady Logistics, LLC wrote the NSF check for $13,390 using her personal USAA Bank account without the knowledge of  myself: Loretta Erses or  the knowledge of Jose Valdez, the CFO.

Therefore if you want to see the check that this company is happy to show you, you will see that the NSF check bear the signature of Priscilla Dean, not that of Loretta Erses or Jose Valdez, the CFO.  I did not handle finances at the company, Priscilla Dean handled finances and that is why you have a check with her name and signature on it. I would have never given your company a NSF check and I told Priscilla that after I found out she had done it.

I cannot go back and change that Priscilla Lenise Dean acted poorly on behalf of My Lady Logistics, LLC, but I can state the facts:  Loretta Erses did not write the check nor did I have access to the financials and accounting practices at the company.  You will not find my name or signature written on a single check coming from the company.  That is truth and a fact.  In fact, I have not written any checks for my own company, i.e. Loretta Erses and Associates, LLC.  All of my transactions have been made via electronic banking.  So I have absolutely zero business checks floating around at this time (I have none).

Stop slandering me. I did not write you a NSF Check, nor would I have allowed it if I had control over the finances at My Lady Logistics, LLC.  I am sorry that this happened to your company especially since I am also on the losing end of this with my name and reputation on Negative Blast across the internet.

Loretta Erses is guily of defrauding our company and many others. Not only did she steal over $12,000 from us but then wrote us a NSF check which she still has not paid. The District Attorney has an open investigation on her and her business partners. Funny how, Loretta avoids our phone calls then 6 months after we filed the Rip Off report she replies to it.

She will be going to jail. Stay away from her she is a scam artist. The worst kind. She garners your trust by stating she is a religious person when in fact she is a criminal.

I would be more than happy to show you the NSF check that she wrote as well as provide you the Detective's name and phone number. We are being told that the arrest warrants obtained from a sealed indictment from the Grand Jury will be issued shortly.

Feel free to contact me and I will show you proof. Keep hiding Loretta but Law  Enforcement knows right where you are at.

Justice will be done. All you ever had to do was contact me and I would have worked with you. But, in your true scam artist self you never had any intentions of paying me.
