This company charged 29.95 to my son's bank account for an application fee. They had his e-mail address and my personal phone number, they did not know his phone number.

My son is institutionalized at this time and does not have access to the internet, phones or any part of the outside world.
He denies any knowledge of this activity.

The company says I will be refunded by 16 Oct. and as late as 21 Oct. The company cannot explain how this happened.
